We do NOT accept returns or refunds on any of our products, please choose carefully.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com before COURIER your item to: 4 Orbit Drive Albany Auckland NZ 0632.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only offer a refund if there is no suitable item to be exchanged for ie, size out of stock.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We highly recommend paying for Tracked International as we are not responsible for non-tracked parcels.
